About it
Join Esther Vincent, poet and certified ANFT Forest Therapy Guide, in stepping off the beaten path and into the hidden corners of the heart as we walk familiar and new trails in the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Combining poetry and forest bathing, Esther will share nature-inspired writings and offer creative prompts for participants to respond to in each setting. Participants will then have quiet time to listen to the promptings of nature and their hearts, and craft a poem or piece of writing in a tranquil spot amidst the greenery. This mindful walk invites participants to slow down, reconnect with the natural world and reflect on the words, feelings and observations gathered along the way.
This programme is kindly supported by Dr Geh Min.
