About this event

The Story of Studio Ghibli exhibition in Singapore

Very soon, you won’t have to hunt down spots in SG that look straight out of a Studio Ghibli film . Instead, you’ll get to step into those dreamy worlds IRL, because The Story of Studio Ghibli exhibition is making its global premiere at Gardens by the Bay on 18th December 2026 .

This immersive exhibition will feature sets inspired by the films, giving fans the chance to get up close with backdrops and props that look more realistic. Here’s everything we know about the exhibition so far, including ticket prices and what to expect.

Look forward to walking through the scenes of Studio Ghibli at this 3,500sqm exhibition, which will feature 12 sets inspired by the studio’s most iconic films.

You’ll get to wander into the world of My Neighbour Totoro and even get up close with Totoro himself while the Cat Bus waits nearby. You can also pop by Guchokipanya Bakery from Kiki’s Delivery Service and pretend you’re Kiki herself as you set off on your very own delivery adventure.
