About this event

This interactive workshop offers a unique opportunity to delve into Singapore’s culinary heritage by crafting Kele’s iconic Merlion-shaped pineapple tarts and experiencing the refined traditions of Chinese tea appreciation, once drunk by Queen Elizabeth II when she visited in 1989. Developed in partnership with Tea Chapter, Singapore’s oldest teahouse, the session immerses participants in heritage storytelling, hands-on pastry making, and curated tea pairings that celebrate local symbols and customs.
