Ready to put your family's teamwork, strength and determination to the test?

Be among the first to experience the Punggol West Family Fitness Challenge, one of the first parent-child fitness events of its kind in the community! Team up with your child and conquer a series of exciting fitness stations designed to challenge both body and mind.

From tyre flips and burpees to medicine ball squats and obstacle challenges, every station is an opportunity to encourage one another, build resilience and create unforgettable memories together.
