A Dragon Boat Night Expedition & Lantern Wish-making

Join us for a magical evening on the waters of Bedok Reservoir as PAssion Wave @ Bedok Reservoir brings the community together for a one-of-a-kind night dragon boat experience.

Climb aboard one of our dragon boats for a guided night paddle across the reservoir. Accompanied by STB-certified Tour Guides from IndieSG, paddlers will discover the rich stories and history behind Bedok as they move together across the water beneath the night sky, a reminder that the places we live in hold more meaning than we often realise.

The evening culminates in a lantern wish-making activity, where each participant receives a lantern to inscribe with their hopes for the community. As the lanterns are hung together along the outlet, individual voices unite to form a glowing tapestry of shared wishes, a collective vision for the neighbourhood we call home.

This event is jointly organised by PAssion Wave and Metazone Ltd.

Available Timeslots:

Wave 1: 7.00pm - 7.45pm (report by 5.30pm, end of programme 8.30pm)

Wave 2: 7.45pm - 8.30pm (report by 6.00pm, end of programme 9.00pm)

Wave 3: 8.30pm - 9.15pm (report by 6.30pm, end of programme 9.30pm)

Safety Briefing and equipment preparation will begin 45mins before timeslot. All participants to attend compulsory safety briefing before being allowed to take part in night paddling. Latecomers will not be entertained. Participants are strongly advised to take public transport to and from Bedok Reservoir Park, as parking space is expected to be extremely limited.

Participant Pre-requisites Age requirement: Min 12 years old

Able to fit into provided Personal Flotation Device (PFD)

Water-confident and able to swim 50m with a PFD

Additional Terms Dragon Boating activities will be suspended in the event of inclement weather.

No refunds/reschedules will be issued.

PAssion Wave reserves the right to remove any participant from the dragon boat activity if deemed unsuitable.
