Haw Ror Villa 5!: Back from the Dead

In its fifth year running, Hell's Museum is once again putting an Asian spin on Halloween for heritage-loving Singaporeans. Leveraging on its inherent, eerie atmosphere, the programme will appeal to young adults, multi-generational families and even teenagers keen on exploring the rich cultural heritage showcased by Hell's Museum at Haw Par Villa — the only attraction of its kind in the world.

Rather than relying on generic Western horror tropes, we will curate a distinctly Asian horror experience centred around Hell's Museum and the infamous Ten Courts of Hell. The festival will blend Asian folklore, the larger-than-life story of the Aw family, the unique sculptures and dioramas and their cultural significance, with interactive horror elements acting as a draw.
