The absolute chokehold GENTLEWOMAN had on Singaporeans a couple of years back has to be studied. Right when travel restrictions loosened up post-COVID, the Bangkok-born fashion label’s totes were ubiquitous. Come October, GENTLEWOMAN will be opening their first Singapore outlet – here’s all you need to know before you head down.

GENTLEWOMAN’s very first Singapore store will be opening at 313@somerset , #03-18/21 , on 15th October 2026 . It’s also described as being Singapore’s flagship store , perhaps serving as a prelude to more outlets coming our way.

The GENTLEWOMAN brand needs no introduction, as far as Singaporeans are concerned. Founded in Bangkok in 2018 by Raya Wannapinyo, Siripa Rueangwutthisakulchai, and Jitpon Siriwattanamathangkul, the brand has become one of the most recognisable brands in all of Southeast Asia.

Their iconic canvas tote bags emblazoned with the unapologetically loud GENTLEWOMAN typography have been frequently sighted all over the Little Red Dot, as it became a Bangkok must-buy for travellers visiting the Thai capital.

However, the brand has so much more to offer than just their Sans-Seriffed totes. They’ve also got a wide range of apparel too, with collections spanning across casualwear, activewear, and even swimwear, with styles and silhouettes catering to different occasions and aesthetics.

As of writing, GENTLEWOMAN’s 313@somerset will not be debuting any Singapore exclusives, but it’ll be stocked with goodies from past collections. These include offerings from DORMITORY DARLINGS , a collection created in collaboration with Thai actress and model Chompoo Araya, which draws from the people, places, and everyday moments that shape us.

Meanwhile, ECHOES OF REFINEMENT is for OLs looking to spruce up their wardrobes with pieces that have polished, clean tailoring. Finally, the THEORY OF THE WIND collection sports plenty of free-flowing garments that are deliberately designed to move with the wearer. Lightweight fabrics also feature prominently in this one, making it perfect for the Singapore heat.
