Featuring Guest of Honour: Mr David Neo (Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, and Second Minister for Education)
This event is jointly organised by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, National Youth Council, Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC), the Eurasian Association (EA), Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA), and Yayasan MENDAKI.
