About it
Scent is one of the most powerful yet least articulated carriers of memory and truth. Often unnoticed, it shapes how we remember people, places, and versions of ourselves, operating quietly beneath conscious narrative.
This experiential workshop uses distinct fragrance compositions as sensory prompts to explore how personal truths emerge through memory, atmosphere and association rather than explicit description. Participants will reflect on how stories are constructed, concealed or rewritten when language is guided by sensory experience, revealing what is often hidden in plain sight.
The workshop encourages a renewed awareness of smell as a way of staying present, while guiding participants to identify emotions and memories, and to translate them into personal narratives through writing.
Each participant will be given a set of complimentary scent samples and a Moleskine notebook to bring home.
This programme is kindly supported by Lo & Behold Group and Moleskine.
