About this event

The Singapore National Youth Orchestra presents a compelling programme of 19th-century Romantic classics. Conducted by Music Director Joshua Tan, the SNYO opens with two of Mendelssohn's most beloved works: the melancholy seascapes of The Hebrides and his passionate Violin Concerto, featuring award-winning violinist Cathy Chen Xi, 12. The concert concludes with Brahms' Symphony No. 3, celebrated for its soaring melodies and dramatic contrasts.
