COLOURING COMPETITION – RULES & GUIDELINES

Categories:

Category 1: 5 to 8 years old

Category 2: 9 to 12 years old

Registration:

Pre-registration is required

Competition places are limited to 30 participants per category

Competition Ticket: $7 per participant

Competition: Theme: Deepavali – Lights of Unity

Competition starts at 5.00 PM sharp

Colouring sheets will be provided

Participants should bring their own colouring materials such as crayons, colour pencils or markers

Paints and other messy colouring materials are not permitted

Parents/guardians are not allowed to assist participants during the competition

No additional time will be given for late arrivals

Judging Criteria: Creativity

Choice and use of colours

Neatness

Overall presentation

Prizes:

* Top 3 participants in each category will receive trophies.

* Prize presentation will take place during the event.

* Decisions of the judges and organising committee are final.

RANGOLI / SAND ART

Rangoli / Sand Art is a complimentary activity for event ticket holders.

On-site registration only. first-come-first-served

*Purchase of an event ticket does not guarantee a Rangoli / Sand Art slot.

LUCKY DRAW Every valid event ticket includes lucky draw participation

Additional Early Bird Lucky Draw at 6:00 PM

Participants must retain their ticket / registration details for verification

Winners must be present at the event to claim their prizes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Door gift is limited to one per valid ticket holder

Food entitlement is based on the meal option selected during ticket purchase

Murukku and Masala Tea will be available during the event, while stocks last

Rangoli Sand Art is subject to availability and on-site registration

Tickets sold are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser

- Photography, video and audio recording may take place during the event.

- By registering for and participating in this event, participants consent to photographs, videos and/or audio recordings taken during the event being used by Anchorvale CC and/or the People’s Association for publicity, communications and related purposes.

- Parents/guardians registering children are deemed to provide the corresponding consent on behalf of the child.
